International Music Marathon- Main Stage - Sunday afternoon from 4.40pm

An impressive music journey will open with acclaimed musicians from Rhodes, George Hatzipetros (santouri) and Mihalis Kalaitzis (violin). They will be followed by the popular home-grown rebetika band Apodimi Compania, now based in Athens. Original members George Galiatsos, Manolis Galiatsos and Hector Cosmos will be joined by the captivating Maria Deikta on vocals and multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Yiannis Niarhos. Powerhouse Greek brass band Ta Kastoriana Halkina will then take to the Main Stage, playing music from Kastoria and surrounding regions in one of the many musical highlights of the festival. And don't miss the acclaimed Cretan lyra player George Xylouris, performing with his band.
