Renee Geyer, Australian queen of soul will headline the 2010 Flavours of Oakleigh Festival on Sunday 21 March. Held in the beautiful setting of Warrawee park, the Flavours of Monash is a celebration of the culture and food of the Oakleigh and surrounding areas.

The 2010 event will also see the introduction of an outdoor bar and café area. Festival goers can enjoy international cuisine from a range of food outlets whilst soaking up the sounds from the Main Stage which will also feature Melbourne’s premier original soul and funk party band, Pablo Discobar and Electric Empire.

The Flavours of Oakleigh Festival also features displays from local community groups and traders, free kids activities, roving performers, workshops and a range of market stalls offering arts, craft and delicious “take home” gourmet foods including spices, sauces and pastries.
